Across the team, ICAN providers are dedicated to providing compassionate, neurodiversity affirming care.

Position: The role you would play on our Multi-disciplinary Team

• Develop and administer treatment plans for children with neurodevelopmental challenges including autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other neurodiversities
• Collaborate care with the multi-disciplinary team (including speech therapy, physical therapy, psychology, and behavioral health)
• Help children with various disabilities increase independence in daily childhood occupations, using play-based activities
• Utilize sensory-based strategies to promote childhood skill development
• Modify the learning environment to suit patients' skill progressions
• Educate parents to support skill generalization within the home and community
• Recommend modifications or equipment to promote independence at home
• Assess and record patients’ activities and progress for clinical documentation, progress reporting and discharge planning
