About the Role
iCapital is seeking a high-performing global benefits and compensation expert to lead, develop, and expand our compensation and benefits philosophy to support our rapidly growing company. This position will work closely with the Human Resources and Finance teams to drive innovative solutions and execute a compelling total rewards strategy.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this individual will work with a talented team of Human Resources (HR) professionals who are making an impact at iCapital. We are looking for someone who is passionate about plan design, implementation, management, and ongoing evaluation of our compensation and benefits programs. This individual will source ideas and suggestions from the employee population, review relevant benchmarks and the competitive landscape, and then recommend balanced decisions about how and what to implement.
The ideal candidate must be both strategic and hands-on in managing all facets of compensation and benefits (health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs) and have a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in compensation and benefits. This individual will use an innovative approach to ensure our offerings are competitive, drive business results, and enhance our culture. They will be the point person in conducting regular compensation analyses to determine market competitiveness and internal equity . This person will manage a team of 3 individuals across compensation and total rewards.

The base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $230,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function
