Job Overview:

We are seeking a PER DIEM dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team on the field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and support to patients, with a focus on toddler care and primary care. Flexible hours are provided in accordance to the Plan of Care. We provide reimbursement of $0.78 / mile for mileage after 25 miles. You will be taking care of patients within Menifee and Hemet.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

- Assist in critical care situations and emergency response

- Perform catheter care and suture removal

- Manage patient cases, including documentation and follow-up

- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license

- 1 year of LVN experience

- Proficiency in medication administration and catheter care

- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

- Ability to perform sutures and wound care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
