Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Support and Compliance Specialist role at iCare, located in Raleigh, NC, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Support and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating and organizing sales activities, preparing and analyzing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also provide excellent customer service to clients, assist with order processing and logistics, and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge and working experience of Hubspot
• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus
