We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:

Provides Project Management support by performing following tasks:

  • Develop project plans for comprehensive building space reorganizations and structural alterations to improve the work environment.
  • Coordinates and provides project management of construction projects, moves, and replacement of cubes, offices, and other items associated with Service Center space.
  • Conducts Building Services discussions with the Service Center Director, Executive Staff and Western Service Center Management Team.
  • Develops facilities programs/projects in accordance with governing policies and regulations including occupancy safety and security programs, space utilization, moves and construction projects, repairs, procurement of supplies and equipment, inventory, and excessing equipment.
  • Ensures compliance on space, utilization, moves/changes, OSHA standards, EEO, and Reasonable Accommodation requests.
  • Serves as regional coordinator to maintain up to date floorplans.
  • Coordinates building Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWA), and supports the development of service center projects, budgets, purchase requests and financial needs as required.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in reorganization and floor planning and space utilization.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management and administrative software and tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years in an Administrative Project Management role.
  • Ability to manage project tasks and deliverables.
  • Ability to to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Education
  • Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
