What You’ll Do
- Prepare accounting statements and financial reports
- Process accounts-payable transactions
- Verify invoices and requisitions
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
- Manage the weekly check run
- Record all checks
- Process expense reports
- Pay vendors
- Resolve purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and payment discrepancies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred
- 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Experience with intercompany accounting for multiple entities
- Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word and intermediate skills in Excel
- Proficiency with Quickbooks Online; Experience with Coupa or similar apps is a bonus
- Manual processing experience/high-volume
- Large ERP experience preferred
- Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure and be comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Three weeks of paid time off (more added with tenure)
