• Whole person care is our baseline – Through partnerships with our sister companies, Integrated Healthcare and GateHouse Recovery Solutions, as well as other providers we strive to connect every client with the physical and mental health services they need to achieve and maintain recovery, including medications for substance use disorders as well as safe housing that will allow them to focus on their recovery.
• Case management comes standard – We have a dedicated case management staff who work with each client to identify their immediate and future needs and develop a plan for meeting those needs.
• Professional growth is the goal – GHT is expanding our existing programs as well as looking at what services gaps exist and how we can help to fill these. This means that there are plenty of opportunities for growth and we prefer to promote from within whenever possible. In addition, we offer supervision towards licensure (LADC, MLADC, LCMHC, LICS)
• A culture of caring and inclusion – We strive to make sure that all clients and staff know they are cared for an appreciated. One part of this is actively seeking feedback on what is working and how we can improve our programming.

To work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure client life skills enhancement and connection to community resources. Have access to supervision towards professional licensure/certification, and continuing education in order to achieve your professional development goals.
