We are currently hiring a Social Media Manager to manage all platforms mentioned above and lead a team of technically-skilled individuals within our Social Media Team. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content (The Icebox Way) across various social media platforms. You should be able to handle our worldwide social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities Included But Not Limited ToContent ManagementGenerate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (You will be responsible for creating and arranging photo, original text, and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers comments)Proposes new ideas and concepts for Social Media contentImplement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific and timely marketing campaignsLead a team of 5 or moreDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsIdentify and Improve ContentRun weekly meeting with the teamSuggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsOversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistencyStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applicationsAnalyze and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of existing social media projectsMonitor SEO and web traffic metricsSet specific objectives and report on ROIKeep director up to date with current plan and goalsPerform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesSave a monthly backup of all Social Media profilesRequirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media ManagerHands-on experience in content managementAbility to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) on the flyExcellent copywriting skills (strong writing, grammar, and language skills)Analytical and multitasking skillsExperience as a team player and has the confidence to take the lead and guide other team members when necessaryExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of online marketing channelsFamiliarity with web designBS degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
