Energy and Sustainability Programs Admin Coordinator

ICF is seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented candidate with administrative support experience to aid in the management of our federal government energy and sustainability programs.
This position will be based in our Reston, VA office. Successful candidates play a key support function for our team across a variety of tasks.
This role offers flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
Providing general administrative and project support for the management team
Assisting in the collection and organization of weekly activity reports from large teams to compile into monthly reports to clients
Producing weekly reports and assisting with monthly customer deliverable reports
Supporting the monitoring of deliverables and schedules to ensure deliverables are completed and delivered on time
Managing email inboxes, reviewing program participant emails and drafting replies
Assisting in the coordination of internal team members to execute tasks
Preparing packaging and delivery of materials to be sent to program participants
Maintaining electronic files and records such as Teams or SharePoint sites
Ordering and managing supplies and arranging for payment
Performing clerical functions such as scheduling and coordinating meetings and taking meeting notes
Assisting staff in the preparation and management of Word documents, Excel files, and PowerPoint presentations
Assisting in the documentation of program policies and procedures
Qualifications
High School degree required
2 years of Administrative skills and work experience
Required Skills and Abilities
Attention to detail and timeliness
Highly organized and proactive approach to work
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks as needed
Highly developed interpersonal skills and self-motivation
Solid personal computer skills (Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
Ability to perform internet research
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Skilled in the use of office equipment (e.g., printers)
Ability to work out of the ICF Fairfax VA office at least once a week for tasks that require physical presence
Professional demeanor and ability to balance respect, decisiveness, and tenacity
Preferred Skills / Experience
Post-secondary training (i.e., certificate program), Associate’s degree, or four-year degree preferred but not required
Interest and passion for sustainability and clean energy
Problem solving and interest to optimize routine tasks
Experience working with U.S. federal government agencies
