To support our recent growth in the Mid-Atlantic region, we are currently seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead one or more of ICF's energy efficiency programs. As a Associate Program Manager, you will lead the development and management of one or more energy efficiency programs, build relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, design/implement program strategies and plans, as well as develop and execute marketing and recruiting strategies.

What you will be doing:
  • Program design to include identification, analysis , and selection of appropriate product offerings for effective program delivery
  • Program implementation to include developing program theory, design, delivery , and successful execution of utility-based programs
  • Developing comprehensive plans to include: resource/labor, communication, implementation, project , and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)
  • Maintain comprehensive project tracking and provide leadership with relevant status updates and trending information
  • Manage program forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing regulatory support
  • Mentoring, leading, and collaborating with portfolio/program team members
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree in (Energy/Environmental Studies, Communications, Business Admin, or related fields) and
  • 3 years of experience in managing customer accounts, fostering relationships, and providing superior service.
  • 3 years of experience in creating and executing sales and/or outreach strategies or promoting utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.
    OR
  • 7 Proven experience in managing customer accounts, fostering relationships and providing superior service.
  • 7 years of experience in creating and executing sales and/or outreach strategies or promoting utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.
    AND
  • Must have valid driver's license, able to pass an MVR and pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Requirements are between 30% to 75% of the time (reimbursement for mileage provided).

  • Master's Degree in Environmental Studies , Energy Resources, Policy, Engineering, Marketing , or Business Management
  • Retail management, including inventory and budget management and managing to performance metrics

  • Demonstrated experience with business development and client development
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and quality assurance/control theories, techniques , and application
  • Recognized internally and externally for expertise in functional area
  • Firm understanding in procurement best practices and contract administration
  • Industry certifications, professional affiliations, and publications

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities are critical
  • Team player with the ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism , and a cooperative attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :
$79,643.00 - $135,392.00
