ICF is Hiring a Partnership coordinator Near El Paso, TX

ICF is seeking a Partnership Coordinator to work on a national technical assistance project. The purpose of this project is to provide legal services for Unaccompanied Children post-release from Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) care and custody and to expand the legal community’s skills and capacity to provide immigration legal support.

The Partnership Coordinator will use his / her expertise to develop collaborative relationships with the legal service community and other partner agencies providing subject matter expertise and technical skills to support this engagement.

This includes all efforts related to the recruitment and development of paid and pro bono legal services providers and overseeing subcontractor deliverables across the project.

The successful candidate has broad knowledge of refugee services. The Partnership Coordinator will work closely with and under the oversight of the Legal Services Provider Manager to execute essential strategies for legal services and other partner support.

The successful candidate will have an ability to collaborate with partners, legal service providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the LSP engagement team and any contracted partners engaged in LSP recruitment and development. Develop partnerships with subject matter experts.
  • Develop partnership framework to guide overall approach to working with organizations to support the project’s work.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of nonprofit and other organizations and stakeholders working with unaccompanied minors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and potential partner organizations, networking and communicating regularly to maintain current perspectives in the field.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to identify strategic partners and form collaborative partnerships that clearly outline roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships that support various aspects of the project’s work such as LSP recruitment, TTA, and unaccompanied children outreach and service provision.
  • Support all work related to LSP engagement, vetting and verifications, orientation, training, and documentation.
  • Implementation of tools to track, document, and oversee tasks related to LSP engagement.
  • Develop and oversee subcontract agreements. Monitor subcontractor’s level of effort (LOE) and ensure that work remains in scope and appropriate to the terms of the contract.
  • Assist with any TTA follow up efforts including data entry, and reporting.

Basic Qualifications :

  • A bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience
  • 3 years’ experience working with stakeholder and partner relationships for capacity building projects.
  • 3 years’ experience working on a team environment.
  • 2 years working in an environment that requires knowledge of the refugee, immigrant, and asylee services.
  • Ability to obtain a Tier 2 security clearance per the government contract.

Preferred Skills

  • Masters degree
  • Education and / or experience in the application of race equity, diversity, and inclusion of social justice strategies in human service settings.
  • Working knowledge of the refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges.
  • Experience working for a refugee program.
  • Experience working with the legal community.
  • Prior work experience in a consulting environment.
  • Minimum year of supervisory experience.
