JOB TITLE: Mental Health Therapist / Independent Contractor 1099
STATUS: Four (4) Full-Time Positions (Minimum 32 hrs.)
Minimum Commitment: 1 year

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster psychoeducation and skill-building.
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Provide community resources to clients and their families to support their mental health journey.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated 360 care and well being.
- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential documentation.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology.
- Independent licensure as a LMFT, LICSW,LPCC or LL.
- Demonstrated experience and dedication to serving underserved populations and addressing systemic barriers to mental health care.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A commitment to our organization's values of integrity, compassion, and social justice.
