Assistant Manager
Summary:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the overall operation of their assigned restaurant. Key responsibility areas include team performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls, facilitating the implementation of food service systems, and development, training and retention of key associates. The AM works a minimum of 45 hrs per week. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the General Manager. Annual earnings between $42,000 and $46,000.
