iClassPro, Inc. is Hiring a Developer Near Longview, TX

Purpose
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our team. The Software Developer will be responsible for developing computer software applications using various coding languages while adhering to coding standards and technical design requirements. The Software Developer will develop computer software applications using a variety of coding languages in compliance with coding standards and technical design requirements. This position would be working on our camp registration software known as iCampPro.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review project requirements in collaboration with QA and supervisor to ensure alignment.
  • Formulate program specifications and develop basic prototypes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and protect operations.
  • Transform software designs and specifications into functional code using the appropriate language.
  • Stay updated with relevant frameworks and programming languages.
  • Solve complex problems efficiently and offer proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with other developers, giving and receiving feedback.
  • Ensure code reusability and contribute to team efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of development experience.
  • Proficiency in PHP/Laravel.
  • Experience with Angular 2 , Typescript, JavaScript, and Version Control/GIT.
  • Strong front-end web development skills, including HTML5, CSS, and CSS Preprocessing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (preferably Postgres).
  • Familiarity with test-driven development and software development methodology.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications accurately.
  • Strong analytical skills, mathematical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing and prioritizing workload effectively.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
