As a Technical Service Representative and Certified Optima Solutions Professional, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing top-notch customer service and driving sales growth to our Automotive OEM customers. You'll be an onsite expert, offering product and technical knowledge to ensure our products and services outperform the competition.

Responsibilities:

• Provide product and technical expertise to customers
• Ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and grow sales
• Stay up-to-date on product composition, customer application equipment, environmental issues, and processes related to finishing operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
