Job Title: HIM Technician (Night Shift) - Join Our Team!

Location: Murfreesboro, TN 37129 (ONSITE)

Job Type: Contract W2 - 1 Month Assignment

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 12am - 7am (with a 1-week training period, M-F, 7am - 3:30pm)

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HIM Technician to join a large healthcare team on a night shift! As a HIM Technician, you'll be responsible for performing clerical and technical duties related to medical records processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Scanning and imaging of paper documents
• Assisting with DNFB/DNFC queries
• Retrieving documents from various locations
• Reconciling accounts and maintaining registry data
• Indexing documents and ensuring accurate records
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Deep understanding of confidentiality practices
• Hospital experience preferred
• Sense of urgency when it comes to productivity
• High attention to detail
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable with fast-paced change of priority requirements
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
