Icon Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic scheduling coordinator to join our growing orthodontic team. Join our dynamic team and doctors featured on podcasts including Dentistry Uncensored, Orthopreneur, Propreneur, and Wright Talk. With locations in Glendale and Surprise, we offer great growth potential with opportunities to learn customer service techniques pioneered by Disney and Ritz Carlton. This position is part time, with the potential to become full time. Competitive pay ($19-$22/hour) including 401(k) and health insurance stipend.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):

• Greeting patients
• Checking patients in and out
• Maintaining the patient appointment schedule
• Answering Phones
• Checking and responding to emails and voicemails
• Processing payments
• Verifying insurance
• Other administrative tasks
• Customer Service
• Spanish speaking preferred
