Job Title: Outside Sales Representative / Certified Shoe Fitter

Reports To: Sales Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, developing customer relationships, and closing deals. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate deals.
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Track and report sales activity.
• CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Regular travel within the city and an hour radius is required.
• Prospect at Hospitals, Doctor's offices, clinics and senior living facilities
• Travel throughout northern Indiana (Gary, Merrillville, Schererville, East Chicago, Dyer, Mishawaka, South Bend, etc)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, developing relationships, and closing deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
