Change Management CoordinatorLocation: Chicago, IL/Hybrid
Duration: 6 months with possible extension/possible contract to hire
DescriptionRole Mandate: The Client Service & Implementation (CS&I) Change Lead role is being created within the Change Management function of the CS&I Transformation Team to provide holistic and centralized support of all strategic change that will impact the CS&I organization and allows for dedicated focus and collaboration across the CS&I teams to ensure optimal change readiness plans are put into place.
The main focus of the role is to provide change support and collaboration with CS&I teams in order to conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and ensure successful implementation & adoption of change to deliver a differentiated and effective employee and client experience.
The CS&I Change Lead will work with CS&I Team Leads, other functions within CS&I Performance Excellence, TPS WFE Change Management, and other TPS stakeholders to effectively manage and support the volume of change that impacts and/or is driven by CS&I by ensuring that training materials, communications, and resource support materials meet the business’s needs and that appropriate change retention strategies and capacity impacts are incorporated into change plans.
This role will also assist with the tracking of post-implementation impact of initiatives to ensure they achieve the desired strategic objectives.
Role Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)Act as change agent liaison aligned with the CS&I teams to facilitate and evaluate impact of TPS initiatives, define optimal change deliverable tactics and facilitate the acceptance of initiatives through effective change management practices
Help identify stakeholder impacts and anticipated points of resistance, and create plan to mitigate challenges through engagement with cross-functional stakeholders inside and outside of TPS (e.g., product, sales, RMs)
Collaborate and partner with other Change Management teams outside of CS&I to effectively convey the scope of the change and thoroughly understand and assess the impact the change will have on the people, processes, and technology as well as identify any associated risks of the change to incorporate into broader change plans
Align with business or team leads on scope of change and overall impacts
Ensure Change Management process is followed
Manage the change end to end; identify any other stakeholder impacts
Manage internal communications to the teams about the change inclusive of any resources
Partner with WFE Learning and/or content teams to coordinate any requirements that would be provided
Partner with process/procedure leads to ensure any resources are posted and made available
Incorporate CS&I changes and associated impacts into WFE deliverable tracker and reporting
Assemble and deliver change status reporting for CS&I driven and impacting initiatives.
Must Haves1-2 years years process consulting (more business end)
Strong leadership skills - some experience in leadership (Ability to run workshops)
Ability to write procedures (must),analyze and understand process mapping as a method of visualizing an ongoing process
Ability to analyze information from customers, vendors, and key stakeholders
Strong understanding of business process analysis methods and skills to find ways to help clients achieve their goals
Nice To Have SkillsExperience with VISIO - other mapping tools
Experience with MS Office Applications
Soft SkillsStrong communication skills
Strong collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders and team members
Excellent writing skills
