Our Manufacturing client is looking for Product Program Manager I in Moline, IL
DescriptionProduct Program Management Major Purpose Leads a cross-functional team using the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) to develop and implement major improvements to existing products or new product program (typically small in size).
Responsible for meeting the program objectives, conducting phase reviews and maintaining tracking methods for the programs.
Projects typically meet some or all of the following criteria; single location (manufacturing and/or engineering design center), 1 program with less than 2 product models, total AFE budget of less than $10 million (USD) and an average of less than 20 resources (per Enterprise Resource Calculator).
Major DutiesTrack budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues.
Track progress against budgets within established finance systems, and report variances to more senior colleagues.
Work within established knowledge management systems to deliver preset outcomes for an area of responsibility.
Deliver small- or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.
Participate actively in the development and nurturing of networks and relationships internally and externally to support successful implementation of digital initiatives.
Support strategy formulation for digital by exploring how information technology can be used to help the organization become more responsive to customer needs and changing business requirements.
Execute and deliver elements of the digital road map, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.
Help senior colleagues manage internal client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.
Contribute to the adoption of a digital culture by embracing and applying digital capabilities and Agile methodology.
Help to prepare training for digital areas within existing programs.
Deliver targeted, standardized training programs (or pieces of larger training programs) for digital areas using prepared content and working under the supervision of senior colleagues.
Provide the means (e.g., research, ideas, solutions) to prototype innovation business cases with the potential to shape the innovation strategy, pipeline, and road map.
Assist in facilitating process development workshops with subject-matter experts, drive agreement on process flows across functional areas, and document processes and activity workflows to develop clear and detailed process maps.

Major PurposeLeads a customer focused team to develop and implement process improvements to newly sourced configuration center for Client. Responsible for overseeing daily config center operations along with forecasting asset turns only monthly cadence, drive process optimization/flow, quality control, build schedules, and ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
DutiesOversee daily operations of our config center focused on forecasting, planning, build quality, speed of delivery, and driving asset accuracy.
Forecast budget spend the a 30-45 day asset turn.
Track budgets and report variances to colleagues and leadership.
Deliver small- or medium-scale process improvements while working within an newly established program.
Participate actively in the development and nurturing of networks and relationships internally and externally to support customer satisfaction and team enrichment.
Support strategy formulation for digital by exploring how information technology can be used to help the organization become more responsive to customer needs and changing business requirements.
Help team manage internal client and customer relationships and feedback.
Formalize quality review process.
Contribute to the adoption of a digital culture by embracing and applying digital capabilities and Agile methodology.
As process improvements and optimizations occur, help prepare and deliver targeted training, for internal IT teams and customers .
Provide the means (e.g., research, ideas, solutions) to enhance speed to customers via innovation strategy, pipeline, and road map.
Assist in facilitating process development workshops with subject-matter experts, drive agreement on process flows across functional areas, and document processes and activity workflows to develop clear and detailed process maps.
