Creates architectural solutions that articulate the business context, conceptual design, and component-level logical design.
Duties Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Recommends new technologies based upon business value drivers and return on investment; drives new technologies towards implementation and exploitation. Establishes overall systems architecture vision and ensures specific components are appropriately designed and leveraged; contributes to the holistic vision of Enterprise Architecture. Defines architecture standards and anticipate areas where architecture standards may need to be developed that are in-line with customer, IT and industry standards. Directs the construction of architecture components (e.g., data architecture, application architecture, technical architecture). Works with business units to translate business strategy into discrete requirements compatible with current technical architectures. Defines systems, technical, and application architectures for new strategic initiatives; develops and maintains an architectural blueprint and evolutionary roadmap that defines and communicates the strategic direction for these architectures in support of business and technical strategies; Explains how the roadmap maintains and delivers cost effectiveness, business value, and competitiveness. Requires Bachelor's degree in related field; Five years of experience in architecture/design in relevant technology disciplines; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MS/MA degree preferred. ten years of experience in information technologies and/or Six years of experience in health care industry preferred.

A technical leader who documents the overall platform design and helps to analyze the impact of new requirements
experience in enterprise platform architecture and development, with at least three years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration and governance best practices
Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Master Architect
Ensures platform alignment with the business strategy
Provides consultative technical leadership to the platform team
Creates and maintains a detailed view of the existing architecture
Provides architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions
Resolves technical escalations, including responding to defects
Participates in process workshops
Works closely with enterprise architecture team
Assists in migrating configuration across instances
Often the integration expert in the absence of a dedicated role
Determines which integration method(s) will be used, integration directionality, and attributes
Participates in any data normalization required prior to being imported / inserted into ServiceNow
Participates in platform, process, and integration testing
Experience working within a FedRamp Instance.

For Application Architect is responsible for day-to-day jobs in ServiceNow Platform and manage the team of ServiceNow Developers who manage every single application.
For Developer role, looking for 3 developers with experience ITSM, ITOM, IT Security management, Fluent in Business Applications and mix of multiple business applications experience is preferred.

IT Operations Mgmt.
SecOps - Vulnerability Response.
SecOps - Security Incident Response.
3 years of experience in SNOW preferred.
SNOW certified is preferred, any SNOW certification will work.
