Process IRS Forms W-BEN and W-BEN-E.

Field incoming calls regarding various tax questions including IRS tax forms and tax reporting concepts

Perform various duties as assigned

Skills :

Must Haves - Hard Skills

At least year of experience working with a tax team or in a tax department

At least years of recent data entry and document management experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to review various organizational documents for clarity

Customer service focused phone skills

Basic Excel skills; must know how to do basic functions such as creating and updating a spreadsheet, entering data, adding / removing columns and rows, etc.
