- Perform test, tune, and troubleshoot of mid-range to highly complex military RF microwave hybrid assemblies.
- Conduct testing over temperature, during vibration, and mechanical shock.
- Utilize state-of-the-art standard, specialized, manual, and automated test equipment.
- Retrieve test procedures, assembly drawings, and schematics using computers.
- Perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks.
- Use standard electronic assembly tools and materials.
- Collaborate with RF Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering to develop procedures and troubleshoot products.
- Previous experience in testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies.
- Familiarity with RF equipment: RF Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Analyzer, Oscilloscope, RF Power Meters, and Network Analyzers.
- Ability to work under a microscope and use hand tools (torque drivers, tweezers, etc.).
- Strong computer skills for retrieving drawings and work instructions.
- Experience with computer-driven mechanical vibration equipment.
- Soldering components in accordance with J-STD-001.
- Data analysis of RF Microwave test data.
- Writing test procedures and troubleshooting from schematics.
- Familiarity with working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment.
- High School Diploma required (no bachelor’s degree required).
