Our Andover plant is seeking an administration assistant who can assist in performing routine tasks required to support our business. Seeking a self-motivated, organized, team player who can assist both plant operations team as well as the ICP Executive team as required.responsibilities

• Welcome site visitors and enforce EH&S requirements.
• Manage day to day office operations such as mail, visitors, office supplies, room reservations, etc.
• Maintain open office area and keep it neat and orderly.
• Scan and file operational documents as required.
• Assist executive team and plant manager with team lunch/dinners as required.
• Assist with ordering and organizing operational shop supplies.
• Assist with operational support such as planning, procurement, and/or data entry.
• Batch Tickets and warehouse paperwork closed, scanned, and filed daily.
• Office supplies and manufacturing supplies kept in inventory and organized.

Experience needed

• Professional, friendly, and helpful to others.
• Self-motivated with the ability to think and work independently.
• Highly organized, self-disciplined, and dependable.
• Professional office administration skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, ERP, etc)
