Requirement: HRIS Technical IT Analyst

Location: Fort Worth, TX (In person interview)

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

We are searching for a Sr. Technical IT analyst to assist with the development, maintenance, and implementation of HRIS IT solutions. In this role, you will be required to handle the analysis of our HRIS IT systems, develop strategies for optimization, manage all procedures relating to implementation, and translate business requirements into development-ready technical specifications.

To ensure success as an IT analyst, the candidate will have a keen understanding of IT best practices and be skilled at adapting their approaches on the fly. A top-notch IT analyst will be passionate about the merging of business and IT systems and have practical expertise in developing and implementing solutions across various sectors.

Technical IT Analyst Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs/requirements into detailed specifications and technical solutions that can be developed, tested, and implemented by our technical team.
• Analyze and learn the current IT systems, architectures, and processes in order to provide guidance and input on future state opportunities.
• Identify risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the existing HRIS framework.
• Design IT solutions and troubleshoot/solve day-to-day issues effectively.
• Recommend and help to execute well-thought-out solutions and plans to improve company efficiencies.
• Maintain robust systems processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
• Develop new IT methods and solutions for the business.
• Report issues, advances made, and other important information to stakeholders.
• Advise management on weak points, avenues for improvement, and risks in the company's HRIS infrastructure.
• Strategize with other key stakeholders on how to best align IT systems with company and stakeholder objectives.

Technical IT Analyst Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business information systems, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT-related position.
• Certification and demonstrated current proficiency in a coding language (.NET, C#, Azure, SQL) highly desired.
• Prior experience working in an HRIS environment (Workday, ADP, HRIS tools) preferred.
• Knowledge of databases, data processes, program architectures, and data security.
• Skills in designing, reporting, and documenting implementations, and solutions.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and experience with both hardware and software systems.
• Up-to-date insight into the latest developments in the information technology sphere.
• Ability to work independently and knowledge of agile team structures and Devops principles.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal and presentation skills with both external stakeholders and internal IT team members.
