Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer at ICS located in Lockbourne, OH. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops for employees, developing training materials and resources, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing feedback and coaching to employees. The Trainer will also assist in the development and implementation of training strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Ability to develop training materials, resources, and curricula
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, or related field
