ICX Group is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in downtown Jacksonville. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to onsite staff, ensuring seamless operation of client IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support : Provide first-line technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
2. System Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and updates on company systems, ensuring all software and hardware are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
3. User Training : Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help employees understand and utilize technology efficiently.
4. Inventory Management : Maintain and manage IT inventory, including tracking and ordering equipment, software licenses, and supplies.

Requirements:

1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Certifications : CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
3. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments.
4. Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
