ID Logistics US is Hiring a Supervisor, Distribution Center Near Allentown, PA
Schedule - Weekend Shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6AM - 6PMBenefits- Eligible 1st of the month after date of hire.
Compensation - $60,000-$71,000.Responsibilities
- Promotes a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
- Follows established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
- Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
- Provides corrective action as necessary to associates.
- Helps maintain attendance records.
- Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures.
- Helps investigate accidents and prepares reports.
- Provides on the job coaching and training needed to ensure associates skills are maintained at desired levels.
- Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work.
- Supports site operations leadership to ensure procedures are followed and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor Degree preferred.
- 3 years of Supervisor related experience in a distribution, 3PL, warehouse and production environment.
- Experience with WMS software including; Manhattan Scale or Red Prairie.
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite experience.
- Experience with ADP E-Time is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work alone as well in a team environment.
