The Shipping Team Lead ensures timely execution of shipments and accuracy of all data entry for orders, receipts and shipments. Responsibilities :

• Check all open transfers and carrier drop offs before shift
• Review any B2B / BTQ LTL or truck load orders and schedule
• Ensure all policy and procedures are followed by associates
• Verify all work for accuracy
• Load and pending pickup or assign forklift drivers to load / offload
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out properly before driver leaves
• Ensure breaks are followed as planned
• Communicate to drivers when loads will be ready or ETA
• Communicate all issues to Supervisor or Manager
• All paperwork turned in daily & emailed to appropriate internal and external staff
• Close out day and plan for next day with Supervisor
• Ensure the any team members knows their start times each day as schedules could change
• Pushing 5S Standards and processes set by IDL and Client
• This job will include other duties as assigned. Shift : Mon - Fri 7 : 30a - 4p Hourly Rate : $20.75
• At least 1-year previous experience in a lead role in warehouse environment
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Problem Solver- Knows how to get the root of problems
• Basic Computer Skills
• Basic math knowledge
• Self-motivated and motivate team members
