OverviewID.me is seeking a data focused, results-driven Recruitment leader with a focus on process improvement to join our growing team. This role, based in-office in Tampa, FL leads all recruiting efforts for our Member Support function, hiring agents in both our Tampa, FL and McLean VA offices. Member Support is ID.me's mission-critical organization, consisting of multi-channel support teams of technical, email, and video support representatives.
If you have a strong background in high-volume recruiting, managing and improving recruiting processes, leading with data, partnering with a variety of internal stakeholders, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to bring on stellar new teammates, then this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver recruitment efforts against hiring plans to support the business
  • Partner with Member Support leadership to forecast talent needs and identify key skills for new positions
  • Monitor, track and report on funnel metrics and hiring success daily to the business and HR leadership during peak hiring season
  • Manage the candidate process from candidate attraction, initial evaluation and skills testing to final round interviews and own pre-hire activities to ensure full classes arrive on day-one
  • Expand candidate funnel through advertising, veteran hiring initiatives, university partnerships, digital channels, networking, referrals and in-person outreach
  • Create and define new job roles in partnership with hiring managers and leadership
  • Own the continuous improvement of our hiring process for this population, researching best practices and providing solutions to accelerate hiring
  • Deliver hires related to other areas of the Member Support business in the field of leadership, training, and workforce planning
  • Support ad-hoc recruiting projects as needed
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a call-center recruiting role at a fast-paced company
  • Experience with high volume recruiting and process improvement
  • Ability to leverage data to tell the story, proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Applicant Tracking System Experience, preferably Greenhouse
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and willingness to work in a startup environment with a hands-on approach
  • Ability and eagerness to ramp up quickly on new sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent practical work experience

The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location. Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.

The above represents the anticipated total rewards package for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on qualifications, professional experiences, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and other job related factors.
Pay Range
$125,000—$158,000 USD
