**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and customer service, with proven leadership skills in managing teams and ensuring exceptional customer service. Must have a passion for Tulsa Oklahoma. Seeking a career driven self starter with this growing company. Works closesly with the store owner on day to day decisions and big decisions. Must be capable of quick thinking, adaptable to changing conditions in retail trends, and able to go with the flow in the push and pull of small business.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily store operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals

- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver excellent service

- Handle cash management, POS system operations, deposits, and financial reporting

- Coordinates special events to boost sales

- Ensures clean and well displayed store locations

- Oversees shipments coming and going in the shops and protects inventory.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role

- Proficiency in management, team leadership, and customer service

- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and POS systems

- Ability to time effectively

- Experience in team management and training

Pay: $44,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
