Idaho Puppy is searching for a compassionate and experienced Site Manager to join our team! In this rewarding role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our puppy store, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for both our furry friends and their future families.

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) managing and motivating a team.
  • Prior experience working with animals is not required but a huge plus!

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including store cleanliness/safety, Puppy health/environment, inventory management, leadership and customer service.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and enriching environment for our puppies.
  • Work collaboratively with owners and associates to maintain ethical practices.
  • Educate potential pet owners on responsible dog ownership and proper puppy care.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment for your team.
  • Uphold the company's high standards for animal welfare and customer service.

Starting compensation between 50k-60k commensurate with experience. Potential is higher with incentive pay/goals.
