What You'll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including store cleanliness/safety, Puppy health/environment, inventory management, leadership and customer service.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and enriching environment for our puppies.
- Work collaboratively with owners and associates to maintain ethical practices.
- Educate potential pet owners on responsible dog ownership and proper puppy care.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment for your team.
- Uphold the company's high standards for animal welfare and customer service.
