Business Enablement and Solutions Enterprise Program Analyst at Intel in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description This role is for a Business Enablement and Solutions Team Enterprise Program Analyst (PA). The job will require close collaboration with stakeholders in multiple locations around the world. The PA will partner closely with cross organizational teams to enable business solutions (process and systems) globally, driving standardization efforts, and providing excellent user support to analysts across various tools and functions. The PA will help to enable business supply chains and processes as they land by ensuring customer setup activities are effectively managed through business operations, logistics, and credit while confirming capabilities and processes are followed/enabled. The Enterprise Program Analyst will work closely with Manufacturing Supply Chain and Operations, Finance, IT, Business Unit's, account teams, customers, and cross- Business Management Group (BMG) to ensure appropriate channels are followed and processes managed efficiently and effectively. They will be the primary interface between operations and program teams, thinking global first to ensure Global Regional BMG Operations impacts are recognized and managed. The ideal candidate: Will already have working knowledge and have already worked very closely with various Business Unit's,Customer Fulfillment, Planning and Logistics Group (CPLG), BMG, Credit, Legal, Global Tax, Global Trade, Field, and Operations. Should be a creative thinker, with skills to think outside of the box a plus. Have the skill to thrive in ambiguity is critical. As a successful candidate you must possess: Advanced working knowledge of Excel. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the skills to adapt style and content to diverse audiences from executive level to individual contributor. Skills to build and maintain a wide stakeholder network including at senior levels. Skills to influence a wide and varied audience towards new solutions.
