Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at TEKsystems in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description A Medical Equipment company is hiring multiple Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join the team for a great long term opportunity in Meridian, ID Job Duties: Answer 50 incoming calls daily Verify customer identity and contact information upon receiving a call Confirm and discuss the customer's medical supply needs Verify that the customer's insurance will likely cover the necessary expenses Ensure that applicable prescriptions are up to date and valid Confirm the order details with the customer before processing Locate the required medical supplies from our inventory and prepare them for shipment via computer Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required Knowledge of medical equipment and supplies is a plus Familiarity with insurance policies and prescription verification If Interested: Please apply and email Derek at Dmautz @ About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
