A local client in Meridian is looking for a professional, motivated and tech savvy individual to step into a customer service role for a 4-month period. Responsibilities: Provide customer service for insurance inquiries, policy coverages, and billings. Perform clerical duties supporting new business and policy maintenance. Greet visitors, answer phones, sort documents, and handle mail processes. Process changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements. Verify data accuracy, assist with customer service tasks, and handle credit card payments. Acquire knowledge of Underwriting Guidelines and client products. Assist in underwriting processes, set up monthly EFTs, and act as a receptionist when needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, Conscientious, organized, detail-oriented, Strong communication skills Technically savvy - able to learn company specific software Basic bookkeeping experience is a plus.
