Design and optimize thin film deposition processes for leading edge DRAM. Perform process characterization, optimization, design, troubleshooting, process transfer, and future node roadmap planning and execution. Develop, characterize, and optimize thin film processes to meet future technology requirements. Identify and strategize key thin film challenges for next generation DRAM technologies. Collaborate with key stakeholders with an eye toward proactive problem identification and solution. Plan and execute effective, welldesigned experiments and write clear concise detailed reports. Communicate project status to drive aggressive timelines, taking full advantage of all available resources. Evaluate and make insightful inferences from large amounts of various types of data, such as physical and electrical analysis.
