Financial Analyst at Power Engineers in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Financial Analyst Location: Boise State/Territory: Idaho Department: Corporate Finance Financial, Planning, and Analysis Dept Description FP&A Analyst POWER Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time FP&A Analyst. This position will primarily provide quality analysis and reporting to support the Corporate and Production Divisions management of the business. This position will reside in a POWER Engineers, Inc. office with consideration to work in a hybrid schedule (office/WFH) or be remote in Boise or San Diego. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain necessary monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Prepare ad hoc financial analyses Prepare reports and analyses for various Management and Board meetings Work closely with Corporate and Production Divisions to develop new tools and analyses to support their needs Support various corporate functions for reporting and forecast/plan support Work closely with Accounting to provide needed reporting and improve processes Maintain and analyze unstructured information Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Two (2) to Five (5) years of finance or accounting experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills Understanding FP&A, accounting, and business processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Desired Education/Experience: FP&A certification Five (5) years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience ERP, BI and FP&A experience preferred Previous experience in a service business Experience with FP&A or financial system development or implementations Forecasting and financial planning experience Python, R, MS Apps, or RPA a plus At POWER Engineers, you can have a rewarding career on every level.
