Human Resources - Development Program at R1 RCM in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description R1 Launch - Corporate HR Program As an R1 Launch Associate specializing in Human Resources, you will help provide organizational structure and meet business needs by effectively managing the employee lifecycle at R1 RCM. The R1 Launch Program cares about investing in the next generation of leaders. Through this program, we are preparing our R1 Launch Associates to enter the industry with the tools to succeed and advance at R1 focusing on making healthcare simpler.
