With minimal to moderate supervision a Technical Systems Analyst works on domain specific solution(s)/application(s) with strong business process and end to end technical knowledge. Understands complex technology and applications and has experience with a multitude of business processes and information systems. Their primary functions include: Act as a liaison between technologists and stakeholders Solution assessment and validation Create technical specifications and documentation for solutions for both interfaces and applications Elicitation, analysis, management, and communication of requirements End user support Troubleshooting and issue resolution Development and maintenance of reports and queries System configuration and prototyping This job resides within the IT organization.
