We are looking to hire a Patient Service Representative at our Urgent Care clinic in Kuna This position will be located at 757 East Wythe Creek Court #100. This Patient Service Representative position at the Kuna Clinic will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone by answering questions, providing information, scheduling appointments, and coordinating all patient and customer requests. You will need to be comfortable using our electronic medical record to enter and update required information. Our ideal candidate is friendly, detail oriented, a quick learner and has a passion for providing a high quality customer service experience to our patients. He or she will also need to utilize excellent communication skills while communicating with patients and families. The ability to provide superior customer service while utilizing independent decision making skills will be essential in this position. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Electronic health record (EHR) experience a plus.
