Work you'll do The Hybrid Tech Select PMO will serve as the key, centralized point of contact to support and accelerate the organization, advancement, and success of our Tech Select program - through standardization of processes, education of/for contributing team members (e.g., SME interviewers), collaboration with project, client, and enabling teams, and coordination/communication of status/results reporting to key stakeholders. You will be responsible for contributing to and/or driving the following Tech Select PMO Initiatives: Liaise with client account teams to identify and prioritize critical needs, including level, location (on prem, remote), duration, and special skill requirements as applicable. Participate in client account team calls to confirm, clarify, and prioritize resource requirements, including confirmation of the roles that Advisory (vs DC) is on point to fill. Confirm which team lead(s) will be on point for consult and clarification. Identify pain points (e.g., inability to fill a role) and work with enabling teams to address as efficiently as possible. Understand if/when clients plan to roll resources off the project; ensure that Talent, RM, and Managed Services leadership is aware to initiate next steps (e.g., assess skills for other project needs) Partner with Managed Services leadership to approve, track and review requested requirements: Confirm and adjust order board based on fluctuating business needs.
