Principal Program Manager, GTM at Cornerstone onDemand in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Cornerstone is looking for a highly driven Principal Program Manager, GTM to join our IT PMO team who will play a key role in leading enterprise Go-to-Market cross-functional strategic programs. This is a highly visible hands-on role where you will be working alongside business and technical leaders on the execution of program efforts and management of business operations that align with the overall company strategy and goals. You are hands-on team player, that is eager to learn and grow in a fast paced and fascinating domain. To succeed in this role, it will be necessary for you to have a natural analytical way of thinking, a collaborative working and communication style, strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization, solid change management skills, and clear sense of ownership and accountability. In this role you will Lead and support the implementation of enterprise Go-To-Market cross functional strategic programs. This includes orchestration of activities, execution on plans, and working with existing and acquired teams to enable smooth transitions and ensure successful integrations Proactively drive results by owning the management of the key program and operational activities managing risks and issues, and leading programs to achieve desired goals while keeping cross functional teams accountable to program objectives Work closely with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across cross-functional teams, clearly and effectively communicate insights, recommendations and status of projects. Comfortable presenting to and leading meetings with/at VP level. Utilize change management techniques to provide clear communication and coordination within all areas affected by projects Create and manage methods of reporting metrics, operational status and efforts Perform Scrum Master duties including facilitating sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and release planning You have what it takes if you have 15 years of implementing enterprise Go-To-Market integration programs or solution support experience in CRM/Salesforce, preferably in technology companies 12 years of project/program management experience, including planning and management, issues/risk management, testing, including processes, reporting, and project management tools. Experience with several of these tools: CRM/Salesforce, NetSuite, Mavenlink (or other PSA tools), JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LucidChart Change management experience Strong proficiency in SDLC, Jira and Agile best practices Strong sense of ownership and accountability, a self-starter Reputation for excellence and demonstrated experience in delivering top cross-functional programs in fast-paced technical environments. Proven experience getting results in complex cross-functional environments, as well as managing projects in multi-cultural, multi-time zone settings Disciplined, process-oriented, and loves the details, while seeing the big picture. Collaboration-first mindset, an organizational 'connector' that easily works across organizational boundaries. Influencing without authority, and building rapport with senior stakeholders, outside of the immediate team. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with others to determine, and execute, acceptable solutions Exemplary written and verbal communication skills including the ability to concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
