What You Will Do The North America (NA) FP&A Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team providing financial leadership to the consolidated North American business units across all financial statements. This position requires a strong business partnership with the NA Consumer Business Unit (BU) Finance team. The position will serve as a financial subject matter expert and power user of the OneStream financial planning & reporting tool as well as advancing other financial reporting technology solutions. The NA FP&A SFA will be responsible for the optimization of business performance processes and reporting and driving insightful analysis of the financial statements for quicker, stronger decision making in the NA Consumer region. Key Responsibilities Partner with multiple, diverse stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate financial management reporting of the NA business units Act as a financial subject matter expert for OneStream financial planning and analysis tool Shape and lead future technology and efficiency enablers including optimizing business processes and advancing standardization, report automation, and analytics/visualization Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, OpEx, and Tax to help Senior Leadership clearly understand the financial results Coordinate the collection of information to complete key NA performance dashboards and scorecards Advance Finance's priority of building 'fit for future' talent capabilities such as financial technology acumen and advanced analytics to add value in today's evolving Finance function Perform analyses, frame and communicate key drivers of variances and areas of risk and opportunity to help drive optimal decision making Support Senior Manager with ad hoc analytics on Sales, other P&L items and special projects Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to partner with colleagues at all levels in the organization with strong communication and collaboration skills The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Desired Qualifications Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CPA) Experience with SAP, OneStream, Tableau or similar visualization Strong systems and technical experience in process and technology advancement Knowledge of Alteryx and Power Query, including writing and executing work flows The anticipated base salary for this position is $73,000 to $117,300.
