We are hiring a Senior Industrial Engineer who will lead customer projects working closely with our clients to deliver successful implementations for their manufacturing plants. In this role you will: Work directly with clients to develop discrete event simulation models in RTMS for complex processes Perform debottlenecking and capacity analyses for manufacturing facilities Build statistical models for use in process engineering, supply chain, etc. Assess enterprise data sources such as SAP, Oracle, DeltaV, OSISoft PI, Maximo, etc. and integrate these sources into the model Support the client with software issues Implement client changes into the models Work on a timeline with deliverables with a project team Assist in debugging the RTMS product and identifying product features and improvements For this role you will need: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering discipline with Operations Management experience; Minimum 5 years experience in a similar discipline. Demonstrated experience with Discrete event simulation tools Good knowledge of probability and statistics Ability to independently develop software solutions for novel problems; Demonstrated experience in mathematical modeling and scripting languages (e.g. VBA, python, Matlab, R); Strong interpersonal skills in order to advise our customers Ability to travel up to 15% of the time (domestic and international travel). Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process.
