Senior Marketing Manager - AI PC at Intel in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Commercial AI PC Marketing Leader At Intel, we are innovating the future. The Commercial Marketing Integrated Team is seeking a leader for an exciting opportunity as part of Intel's leadership in the AI PC category. The AI PC represents a new generation of personal computer with dedicated AI acceleration capability spread across CPU, GPU, and NPU architectures-further enhancing the AI workloads that already run on the PC. Intel pledges to deliver such hardware across its entire Client portfolio and scale the AI PC user base to over 100 million customers through 2025. In this exciting role, the candidate must be willing to develop and lead complex marketing plans across multiple teams. In this role you will partner closely with sales, field, and stakeholders across Intel to accelerate the AI PC growth in the commercial business. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and a rapid adopter of leading marketing best practices while being a leader skilled in both managing v-teams and championing effective marketing operations to drive positive business outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop our AI PC narrative, segment- and audience-specific co-marketing/co-selling content (OEM, reseller, retail, channel) Develop and maintain programmatic GTM calendar of Gaming, Consumer, Commercial, and WS inflection points. System GA, ISV enablement, Events, sales cycles, sales programs, etc. Work with Sales and regional leads to identify and prioritize content and messaging requests. Work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment. Serve as CCG SME for customer and partner meetings, blog/thought leadership creation. Aggregate and drive segment specific AI PC content- Education, SMB, Student, Security Work with other co-marketing fund owners, and brand team to develop AI PC-specific programs and assets for POS, and e-tail usage. Work with software tools and developer relations to effectively message, recruit, and retain software and hardware developers on AI PC Serve as working level contact to AI COE for Client Computing Group (CCG) Candidate must be strong at: Managing programs, tracking results, analyzing data and measuring impact/ROI Working on highly matrix teams that include sales, business unit, global marketing, and country marketing teams. Identifying how to work through others to gain support and efficiently and constructively obtain what is needed Strong interpersonal skills, cross-team collaboration, open and honest feedback, and interaction Proactive forward thinking, bias for action and learning mindset approach Willingness to spot new opportunities and drive results Proven effectiveness driving multi-stakeholder planning processes, working in cross-team programs Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or 7 years of proven marketing or product management experience in PC, consumer electronics, or other relevant technology marketing in lieu of the degree. 7 years of previous experience in driving lead gen/account-based marketing Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing.
