The Role We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our organization as the SVP of Custom Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our custom networks delivery strategy, driving growth, innovation, and excellence in delivering tailored network solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network design, planning, deployment and operations as well as technology trends, and client needs, along with a proven track record of leading successful mass network deployment initiatives. The Main Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive custom networks strategy aligned with Lumen's overall business objectives, priorities, financial strategy and customer needs. Build the Custom Networks Organization operational road map required to deliver reliable, scalable, and flexible services to customers. Develop a model that enables early engagement of the Custom Networks Organization to assist in developing customized solutions to improve win rates, ensure what is sold can be delivered on time and at the right cost, and there is alignment on customer outcomes between Sales, Solutions, Product and the Custom Networks organization. Build rigorous governance, contract management and change control processes ensuring customers are billed for all work performed and drive upsell of services.
