Stoneridge Software is looking for an experienced Project Management Team Manager who will be responsible for managing individual team members across a range of technical competencies, as well as directly contribute to the establishment of PM processes, templates, and tools. This role is primarily a coach role; however, this individual is also expected to contribute to and/or lead internal process improvement projects on a regular basis. In addition to having solid project management experience, we are looking for a proven people manager with a consultant mindset who will lead a team of direct reports to deliver outstanding services across Stoneridge Software. This role will work under the direction of the Director of Project Management to interact closely with a broad and diverse set of internal stakeholders to foster a cohesive, creative, and comfortable working environment, mediating any interpersonal issues within the team, providing leadership and direction where necessary.
