Delivery Director, Transformation Assurance, Oracle ERP Clou at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Job Description The Transformation Assurance- Delivery Director is responsible for customer hands-on leadership advisory and management of all aspects of Oracle Fusion SaaS implementations for Oracle's largest and most strategic accounts. The Delivery Director will work at the direction of the Transformation Assurance team leadership and provide hands on advisory in support of our Systems Integrator partners, the customer program delivery team, and customer C-Suite leadership to provide deeply experienced, insightful, prescriptive, and practical advisory through every stage of a customer's business transformation journey with Oracle. Beginning in the sales stage, the Delivery Director will support the internal sales function and provide thought leadership and actionable business transformation guidance to customers as they select their technology platform, choose an SI partner, and mobilize their program. Throughout the implementation, the Delivery Director will coordinate the Oracle ecosystem assigned to the account and, working with the customer and Systems Integrator, continue to provide hands-on advisory and QA on all aspects of delivery throughout the life cycle of program. Prior to Go Live, the Delivery Director will provide leadership and oversight for mobilizing the customer's support TOM and continuous improvement capability. The role may manage others, influence widespread teams and stakeholders, and requires hands-on expertise managing Oracle SaaS application delivery (Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, CX SC, BI etc.) along with related PaaS extensions, integrations, middleware and alignment with non-Oracle applications. The role will be a champion for business change and requires knowledge of change methods, tools, mobilization, and execution of required functions. The role requires excellent presentation skills, deep hands-on Oracle Fusion delivery expertise, portfolio and program leadership, technical acumen, and business change leadership to ensure the customers' business transformation programs are successfully planned, mobilized, and delivered for optimal success. Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Advisory leadership of overall program governance and ensure alignment of key business transformation process with SI partners' methodologies, client leadership, full program delivery teams, and the wider Oracle ecosystem to meet the customer's business objectives. Business Transformation and Change: Leadership of definition, mobilization, and execution of proactive business change functions that facilitate the customer journey in support of broader business transformation objectives. Ensure that the technical components of the program are continuously aligned with business change activities and governance. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various business units, departments, and external partners to build strong working relationships and ensure alignment with our customer's business transformation objectives. Team Management and Collaboration: Manage teams where applicable. Contribute to coordinating cross-functional teams with varying backgrounds and skillsets to work towards a common goal. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact the success of business transformation projects. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these risks. Continuous Improvement : Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and help establish best practices within the relevant operations functions of our customers. Qualifications and Experience Hands-on experience delivering successful large scale Oracle ERP Implementations (Finance, HCM, CX, SC, MFG etc.), including SaaS/Cloud based. 12 years industry experience. Experience coaching and advising senior leaders of large organizations on critical strategic and operational issues. Experience working with and/or for blue chip Systems Integrators through large scale full life cycle Oracle implementations. Direct experience and working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Excellent hands on understanding of implementing at least two of the following: Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, HR, Supply Chain, CX, MFG, Business Intelligence / MI processes. Business change management expertise. Familiarity of Business Change methodologies, tools, mobilization, and execution. Strong stakeholder engagement, team management, influencing, and conflict resolution skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Experience managing teams Technically proficient. Ideally with an ERP development background. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; from front line to board level Ability to work, at times in a changing environment with some level of ambiguity while able to self-manage and sometimes to tight timeframes, and under pressure Business knowledge and experience of working in a sensitive and confidential environment Organizational Design and Development experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only Hiring Range: from $126,200 to $270,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.
