N Position Type Management JOB SUMMARY: Manages information technology teams implementing and supporting Corporate Enterprise Systems (Finance, Human Resources, Design, Procurement, Asset Management, Risk Management) to promote client satisfaction with all business partners. In partnership with business stakeholders, develops technology roadmaps for Corporate Systems with input from Technology Product Leaders, business stakeholders, Infrastructure Delivery, and Security. Implements and manages continuous improvement programs to improve quality, consistency, and client satisfaction. Develops and maintains the application run standards by managing day-to-day application performance through SLAs and other metrics. Works with service providers to address day-to-day issues and priorities. Delivers application enhancements to improve user experience. Drives business value focused delivery through the adoption of Agile. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required: 15 years of application development and/or delivery leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years at a VP/Sr. Director level Experience managing Finance and Human Resources enterprise platforms. Experience leading large scale enterprise initiatives with global impact across teams. Direct management of complex budgets in excess of $25-50M direct and/or indirect costs 5 years recent experience with development methodologies as well as familiarity with new, emerging development frameworks Direct management of cross functional, sourced, or matrixed teams Experience managing corporate enterprise systems in a global environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Preferred: Proven executive experience in implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) for corporate functions (e.g. HR and financial systems) for companies that have a large, global workforce. Experience implementing/managing Oracle/Peoplesoft platforms for enterprise-scale companies. Demonstrated success leading medium- to large-scale initiatives/transformations. Proven executive experience in strategic planning and budgeting within one or more business groups.
