Closely track the WS Digital Services Business performance. Monitor execution through consistent set of meetings & forums, tracking performance against goals & objectives through consistent, standard, and clear deliverables & dashboards Frame Business Story - Articulate the 'business story' in clear & fact-based manner including steps to mitigate when 'off-track 'construct data and business analysis to measure business performance and provide business insights to the WS Organization.
